Then the system of conveyors and elevators delivers raw materials to automatic drying ovens, which bring the moisture content in raw materials to the parameters stipulated by standards.
Calibration of raw materials: hazelnuts are graded into separate bins depending on their size, which avoids losses at a later stage of processing.
Separation of hazelnut kernel from the shell is duplicated by two different types of equipment, which complement each other. Shelled hazelnuts are calibrated to the appropriate size for the second time.
By this stage framework final parameters of finished products defined by standards and customer requirements are put. Hazelnut kernels sorted at the conveyor obtain primary market condition.
